We use high quality materials and each item is professionally designed for you. Our custom beer and wine labels are professionally printed, weather proof and self-adhesive. Each label is designed and personalized by hand, giving you a truly custom product. Every little detail is taken into account. + Will the labels work with any type of bottle?

Our beer and wine labels work with most bottles. For wine, choose a 750 ml bottle that has a straight body and high shoulders. You’ll want to make sure the straight part of the bottle is taller than your custom labels, otherwise the label may bubble at the top and bottom. Most Cab, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot bottles work well. Our beer labels will fit on the standard 12 oz bottles - tall or short. Our beer labels will also fit on the larger 16 oz Grolsch and 22 oz Bomber bottles, but they won’t cover as much of the bottle.

Avoid bottles with funny shapes and textures as the labels may bubble at the top or bottom and not stick properly. Choose a bottle with a paper label for easier removal. + What is your turnaround time?

For beer and wine labels, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. For invitations and custom designs, turnaround times vary. If you need something by a specific date, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to get the items to you on time.

+What are shipping times?

Standard orders placed in the US, ship within about 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). All orders are shipped via USPS and shipping times may vary.

+Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, if you need your labels sooner, we offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Keep in mind, these upgrade are for SHIPPING ONLY and standard processing times still apply.

+Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide. All dollar amounts are quoted in USD. International orders typically take about 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination and how long it takes the item to get through customs. International shipping options are available at checkout and pricing ranges from $26-$45.

+ Is it necessary to remove the original bottle labels?

For that exceptional look, you’ll first want to remove the original bottle labels. Don’t worry it’s super easy. To do so, soak the bottles in warm, soapy water for about 30 minutes. Labels may simply fall off or you may need to scrape off with a razor blade. Scrub any remaining residue with a sponge and a drop of dish soap. For stubborn adhesive, try using rubbing alcohol or Goo-Gone. Dry off your bottle and wipe off any fingerprints. Now you’re ready to add your new label!

+ What is the best way to apply the labels?

First, make sure you have removed all of the original bottle labels and adhesive and that your hands are clean. The bottles should be room temperature. Do NOT try applying the labels to chilled bottles, as the adhesive will not stick. You can chill the bottles after you place the labels on. Next, remove the paper backing of your label to expose the adhesive . Position the label on your bottle, pressing firmly in the MIDDLE first, and work your way outward to avoid any bubbles from forming. Smooth out all areas of the label by pressing firmly.

For beer labels, apply neck label the same way. If a carrier was purchased, unfold the carrier, peel and stick the carrier label on the front of the carrier. Place your beer bottles inside the carrier. Chill your booze and enjoy!

+ What if I place the label on crooked?

The labels are forgiving, so if you make a mistake while applying them, carefully and slowly peel the label off and reapply.

+Can the bottles be chilled on ice or in the fridge?

Yes absolutely! The labels are printed on a high quality weatherproof paper, so they can withstand chilling in the fridge or on ice. Just make sure the bottles are room temperature when you apply the labels. You can chill the bottles AFTER the labels have been applied.

+ What if I don’t see what I am looking for on your Etsy shop?
